NEPA Daytime UFO 🛸 UAP

I was surprised to open my eyes yesterday [6.22.19] to see a silent shadow-like object flying by. The shape was not that of a bird or drone, was too low to be a plane, and did not maneuver like any of them, as you can see. The craft reflected sunlight and appeared to be wobbling in an unsteady manner despite the lack of wind.

I was unprepared to record it with greater quality but I did manage to capture it. The only editing I did was zoom in, point at it with the graphic, and remove the unnecessary footage.

Since I was caught off guard I didn’t think to signal it or I would’ve flagged it down before it disappeared. I had only seen and vectored in UFOs during the nighttime so this was special.

My hope is, over time, the entire human race, can have higher levels of peaceful interaction and exchange with extraterrestrial, inter-dimensional, and spirit (consciousness) beings for the benefit of all.

Behind the Scenes: Making the Leprechaun Pumpkin

I hope you all were able to see my Leprechaun pumpkin in person, at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton, before he was cooked for pie. If you were lucky, you also got to have a taste of gold coins from his pot.

Here’s a special behind-the-scenes look at what went in to creating this “silly,” as my niece calls it, Irish sprite (seven photos included).

Meet the Leprechaun Pumpkin I designed at the Radisson Hotel

I was commissioned by the historic Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton to design a Halloween pumpkin. The theme requested was a leprechaun. The only rule was it cannot be carved and the deadline was pretty much—yesterday.

Why a leprechaun?

Irish traditions permeate the very fabric of Lackawanna County. You may have heard of the Scranton St. Patrick’s Parade, or “Parade Day,” as all of northeastern Pennsylvania calls it.

I had a few days to design it but, things have been hectic. I had no choice but to create it the day before, on Sunday—in one day. Given the time I had, I’m happy with the way it turned out.

I hope this jolly leprechaun brings a smile to your face.
Find my pumpkin, along with others, now on display to the right of the main lobby in the hallway in front of the elevators.

Special thanks to Brian Kenny and Mary for providing some of the materials.

My First Barnes & Noble Book Signing [PHOTOS]

Barnes & Noble recently hosted a “Local Author Booksigning Panel,” featuring authors from Northeastern Pennsylvania, and I was fortunate enough to be one of them!

Featured authors, from left, are Barbara Gavlick Hartnett, Christian Baloga, Richard Cobb, and Jeff Davis.

Thank you all for supporting us at The Arena Hub Barnes & Noble book signing on November 7, 2013! I could’ve never imagined the amount of rousing energy that would be passed between one person and the other at an event like this. It was so uplifting!

Junk to Jewelry

 [6.12.16 UPDATE]:

I’ve handpicked some of these items to be available for sale on Etsy. Click HERE to head over to the store.

Armed with nothing but my cargo pocket swim trunks, I get down on my knees and scour the beach for shells and broken glass. When I’m closer to home, I pry the outskirts of cemeteries or the guts of abandoned buildings in search of discarded materials. When I’m home, I explore the forests surrounding my house for feathers, skeletal remains, and unoccupied wasp nests.

The idea of upcycling trash into something useable and beautiful is very appealing to me. Besides the excitement of finding bizarre objects, this practice is relaxing,  helps the environment, and allows me to convert findings into future art projects.

As you’ll see in the gallery below, Continue reading “Junk to Jewelry”
